How to save Youtube video to 3GP/mp4 video file format?

Please take the following simple steps:

1. Submit Youtube video link (e.x. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a3ICNMQW7Ok)

2. Press "Download" button to download Audio or Video file. You can choose 3GP video file format and desired quality by using "Download now" button.

3. If for some reason, audio or video track starts to play in your browser instead of downloading, just right-click on it and choose "Save As" from popup menu to store it on your device.

I don't see 3GP video file format in available formats for download. What should I do?
